With the release of God of War III in March I thought I would try to play the first two games from the Playstation 2. Luckily the games where re-release on the PS3 in the God of War Collection. Let me just say that for $30 this collection is worth buying. It has two of the greatest PS2 games ever made. I mean God of War I can be considered by some to be one of the top ten best games of all time. The graphics have been updated so they look more crisp. The controls still feel good and not like an old resident evil game. The gore of the game is art. Poetry in motion. The best part about it is that they added trophies so if you have played the games on PS2, this time around you will get rewarded for your work. But what makes the God of War Collection unique is the Greek Mythology, something you don't see a lot in entertainment. I would give this game a score of 9.0 out of 10.Strengths: Updated Graphics, Great Gameplay, Gore, Trophies, It costs $30
Weaknesses: Too short
